What this site does

FACE / FORM provides a browser-based face shape detector, a transparent ratio explanation, and practical guides for reading close or mixed face-shape results. The detector is designed as a styling starting point, not a medical or identity conclusion.

How the detector works

When you select a front-facing image, the page uses MediaPipe facial landmarks in the browser to calculate a small set of width and length ratios. The page shows the measurements and the fixed project rules so you can inspect why a label was returned.

Editorial approach

The guides explain where common labels overlap, how a jawline changes a close result, and why the same face can receive different words from different chart systems. The goal is to preserve the evidence behind a label instead of presenting a one-word verdict.
